PERSONAL TRAINING
TRAINING ATTIRE
Our training sessions involve postural and movement analysis of the entire body at all times.
This will provide the trainer and client the best overall assessment for objectively defining current movement patterns and imbalances within the client's structure.
To accomplish this level of examination, please come prepared to wear the following attire:
Men: bare feet, shorts with knees exposed and no shirt
Women: bare feet, shorts with knees exposed and a form fitting sports top with the upper and lower back exposed
If you have long hair, please secure your hair on top of your head,
so the neck and shoulders can be exposed during the assessment process.
If you are uncomfortable complying with the attire request, that is fine.
We can work around some of the clothing during the session.
Keep in mind, excessive clothing will lessen the ability to assess accurately and
therefore, limit the amount of progress we can achieve together in a training session.

ASSESSMENT
Our initial, mandatory two-hour assessment is a detailed analysis of your current physical health.
During your first visit, we will Examine:
Joint Stacking of Your Posture
Breathing Mechanics
Gait and Running Mechanics
The Assessment Includes:
Conversation with Q and A
Postural Analysis
Gait Analysis
Myofascial Release
Functional Patterns Corrective Exercises
Your movements will be filmed utilizing slow motion recordings for best overall analysis of your body's movement patterns.
This process allows us to see how your body moves in relation to a functional capacity.
The more we understand how walking and running is connected to your structural integrity,
the more we can help you solve your problems and reach your fitness goals.

PRIVATE TRAINING
After completing the mandatory two-hour assessment and formulating a plan with your practitioner, the next step is to establish the “foundations” through one-on-one personal training sessions.
The foundations of functional patterns involve correcting your posture through various techniques like joint stacking, active spinal decompression, diaphragmatic breathing and re-tensioning.
These sessions will prime your body to progress into more complex dynamic and explosive movements without experiencing injury.
From there, you will continue with more advanced one-on-one training.
Similar to foundations, advanced sessions will focus on ways to successfully address your imbalances through realignment techniques, chambers, multi-plane ballistics and pendulum movements.
